Hosting without the assessing contract
The platform stands on its own. If your town already has an assessor it is happy with, PRISM can still host your assessing data, including public property lookup, forms filed online, document requests and personal property accounts. Your assessor carries on working exactly as they do now. Hosting and the assessing contract are separate arrangements, and either can exist without the other.

Credentials
I'm Noel Madore, a Certified Maine Assessor (CMA #926). As a primary assessors' agent I handled waterfront and commercial valuation, personal property, BETE/BETR, commitments, and abatements, and walked more than 10,000 properties in revaluation work.
Before that I spent five years in senior public finance across Maine state government and public higher education, most recently as a senior financial analyst. I have served on Lewiston's Board of Assessment Review and the Readfield Planning Board.
I hold a Master of Public Policy & Management from USM's Muskie School, with a finance concentration, and a bachelor's in Public Management focused on town administration.
